Minimum Qualifications:
- Sole US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance
- Cisco CCNP-CCIE equivalent expertise troubleshooting/supporting one or more of the following 3 technologies:
1. System Management - Catalyst Center formerly DNAC (Digital Networking Architecture Center)
2. Security - Identity Services Engine (ISE)
3. Data Center - Application Centric Application (ACI)
- Resolution leader, problem-solving - troubleshooting methodology
- Communication & Facilitation, Listening & Affirmation, Influence & Persuasion, Public speaking & Presentation, Coaching
- A team player focused on customer success.
Desired Skills:
- B.S. degree in a technical field (CS/EE preferred)
- Hands on expertise troubleshooting/supporting with any of the following:
- Routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
- General protocols: DNS, DHCP, ARP
- Transport protocols: TCP, UDP, QUIC
- Network access protocols: SSH, TELNET, RADIUS, TACACS
- File management protocols: TFTP, FTP, SFTP, SCP
- Secure protocols: TLS, HTTPS, IPSEC, PKI
- Notification protocols: SNMP, SMTP, SYSLOG
- Cisco technologies: VXLAN, ACI Multipod/Multisite, Nexus Dashboard Orchestrator (NDO), Wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, AnyConnect, and Stealthwatch
- Networking tools: wireshark/packet captures, packet tracer, debugs/log analysis, putty/SecureCRT, Kubernetes, and Postgres
- Cisco Network Certifications (i.e. CCT, CCST, CCDA, CCDP, CCDE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc.).
Note: USC or GC holders on W2 only as the candidate is required to acquire a Clearance. The candidates need to be local to NC for the remote position.
